Individual Counseling (Colorado residents only) –  I offer cash-pay sessions on a sliding fee scale and also accept the following insurance for counseling services: Cigna, Carelon, Medicaid, and Medicare.
For anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship issues, and emotional overwhelm. I specialize in working with those with complex-PTSD, childhood trauma, neurodivergence and chronic pain.
