  • Free 15-Minute Consultation – $0
    Ask questions, share what’s bringing you in, and explore whether this work is the right fit

  • Individual Counseling (Colorado residents only) –  I offer cash-pay sessions on a sliding fee scale and also accept the following insurance for counseling services: Carelon, Cigna, Kaiser, BCBS, Medicaid, and Medicare.
    For anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship issues, and emotional overwhelm. I specialize in working with those with complex-PTSD, childhood trauma, neurodivergence and chronic pain.
    Licensed therapy sessions available to Colorado clients only

  • Trauma-Informed Coaching (Nationwide) – $175 a session
    For adults seeking clarity, regulation, and emotional healing beyond traditional talk therapy, includes outside of session tools
    Includes belief rewiring, nervous system tools, and guided integration

  • Group Counseling: $25.00 cash pay only per group. I hold group therapy for those with chronic pain, mental health challenges and neurodivergence.
